E' un attico al 4 piano senza ascensore ma con scale piacevoli. E' silenziosissimo perchè, oltre l'altezza, è dotato di finestre antirumore. La doppia bellissima vista, la luminosità, e la piacevolezza del ballatoio di ingresso dove si può stare al sole ne fannoo una casa unica e di grande charme. Una volta entrati dalla porta blindata che però è anche una grande finestra ci si trova nella cucina abitabile. Subito dopo un piccolo corridoio dove sulla sinistra c'è la porta del bagno che è stato appena rifatto completamente con materiali di pregio. Si arriva poi al salotto che ha un divano letto molto comodo, nel caso si abbiano degli ospiti, e un grande televisore con apple tv. Al piano di sopra, sul soppalco c'è 1 camera da letto matrimoniale con una finestra sopra il letto che vede il cielo e grandi armadiature L'arredamento è molto curato con quadri d'autore, oggetti raffinati ed è dotata di tutto. La casa è in affitto perchè i proprietari devono temporaneamente spostarsi per lavoro ma non è una tipica casa d'affitto bensì un appartamento molto curato e con tutto lo charme di una casa vissuta. Altre cose da tenere a mente I dettagli negativi sono la mancanza di ascensore e il fatto che il bagno si trova al piano principale mentre la camera da letto sul soppalco al piano superiore. Ma lo charme della casa, la bellezza della vista, la piacevolezza della casa con il suo arredo curatissimo e la location che è la più cool di Milano conquistano. Altra annotazione piacevolissima è che la casa è una casa di ringhiera alla quale si accede da un ballatoio esterno che, pur essendo condominiale, avendo soltanto il passaggio di un singolo appartamento oltre questo in affitto, diventa a tutti gli effetti un balcone sul quale leggere un giornale o bere un bicchiere.
